Worlds First Regulation-S Trading Platform Launched by GISBeX.com and SuccessioBrokers.com

August 8th 2002 - San Jose, Costa Rica. The Global Stock Brokerage Exchange (GISBeX - www.gisbex.com) is pleased to announce that its newest broker/dealer member site SuccessioBrokers (www.successiobrokers.com) is now operating the worlds first online Regulation-S trading platform enabling real-time level 1 and level 2 quotes, and level 3 market making as well as international online trading of Regulation-S securities.

The release and implementation of this new software will add yet another dimension to the GISBeX trading platform's value to international investors and its implementation into www.successiobrokers.com

At present, there is no other Regulation-S quotation and trading platform in the world. The reaction from the marketplace has been very positive as both investors and other member-site buyers line up to get involved. There are currently several groups engaged in negotiations with the licensing and sales representatives of GISBeX with an interest in purchasing and operating the main Market Maker Membersite for the Regulation-S securities division of the GISBeX Trading Platform.

REGULATION-S INFORMATION

The U.S. securities commission created "Regulation S" which allows foreign trading of restricted shares to facilitate investment in U.S. public companies by non-U.S. investors in non-U.S. markets.

Until now, there has never been a consolidated Regulation-S marketplace. The creation of this online platform and its integration with the existing GISBeX Trading Platform will allow NON-U.S. investors the ability to view the markets and buy and sell these equity securities online.

U.S. companies issue shares under the auspices of Regulation-S because they provide access to new Foreign Capital Markets/Investors, they allow the issuer to advertise the offering and provide a Low cost issuance option, as no special notification is required other than reporting of the transactions with the quarterly '10Q' filing required by the S.E.C.

The availability of Regulation S stock issues gives the non-U.S. investor greater choice in their purchase of stock issues in U.S. public companies and an advantage for entry price in a given equity by offsetting higher risk by virtue of the hold against higher returns.
